Pataudi family, kin may settle property row

BHOPAL: While most are focused on the wedding of Saif Ali Khan with Kareena Kapoor, the Pataudi family is trying to deal with a few knotty issues. A family get-together to resolve the private disputes is in the offing with the prospect of Sharmila Tagorearriving later this week. Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan's sister Saleha Sultan is already camping in Bhopal.

"I have arrived from the US last night. However I have plans to come to Bhopal before Ramzan begins," said Tagore. Sources close to the family suggest that Tagore could stay for up to a week during Ramzan, which is likely to begin from July 20.

Putting up at the 'flag staff house' part of Ahmedabad palace, members of the erstwhile royal family of Bhopal off late have talked about their renewed connect with the city and its people. Like Sharmila Tagore, Saleha Sultan and her son Faiz Bing Jung too, stressed the need for better management of royal properties with religious and charitable significance. An issue with directly connects with the local population.

"The royal family has been entrusted as custodian of the Auqaf-e-Shahi (the royal wakf properties) and I would take up any role offered by the family to better manage it," Jung to TOI. Controversy surrounding the rubaats (guest house) in the holy city Mecca and Medina drew protests from many in the city during February.

Saba Sultan, the daughter of Tiger Pataudi is the custodian of Auqaf-e-Shahi. However, with the impending marriage of Saif with Kareena, few in family are worried about the long-term consequences. "The custodian of Auqaf-e-Shahi has to be a Muslim. We are apprehensive about the future," said Jung.

Observers believe that families members of Pataudi's sisters are distressed over no settlement of disputes in sight close to year after Tiger's death. "Calls for better management on religious and charitable properties indirectly pressurises Sharmila Tagore for resolving private property disputes. Her daughter, who is the custodian of Auqaf-e-Shahi, has till date not interacted with the public," said an observer.

"We have our own disputes, but that does not affect our personal relationships. It's time we resolved our disputes for the future generation," said Saleha Sultan, the eldest member of the Pataudi family.

MAXWORTH BUILDERS FROM BHOPAL IS NON-RESPONSIVE FROM LAST THREE MONTHS .I HAVE INVESTED 1.5 LAKHS IN THE MEGA CITY PROJECT AND HAVE PURCHASED A PLOT OF 200 SYRD BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING THERE NOS ON THERE WEBSITE BUT NONE ARE WORKING ..

I NEED A REFUND OF MY MONEY BUT DO NOT KNOW WHOM TO APPROACH ..IN CASE ANYBODY CAN PROVIDE DETAILS PERTAINING TO ABOVE PROJECT PLS RESPOND .

Cheque bounced / not responding

I had booked a villa in Bhopal under Maxworth Projects and had given them a cheque for Rs 44500. Later some time I asked them for the refund of my money as they were not giving me any registration papers. Now the cheque has bounced which they some how managed to give me. Now when I call their office, all I get to know is that the owner Mr. Amit is not there in the office and the person there (Hemant) will get back to me. I have not yet heard from them on this it's been 1.5 months now.

Pls help.

Bhojpal Builders and developers I would like to sale my house. During sale of house, builder charging 5% of sale charge as transfer fee from purcahser. Now purchaser will not provide this money to builder, due to large amount. Purchaser will like......

I booked a flat in bhopal in October 2010 for Rs.11 lacs. The builder promised to give the posession in october 2011. I made 60% of the payment and booked the flat but then when i enquired about the builder i came to know that he was a fraud, known for not keeping his words. He built 4-5 pillars on the site of the building and since then there has been no progress. There are many more families stranded like me who are living in rented houses. It looks like he does not intend to build the apartment anymore and keeps insisting us to cancel our booking so that he may sell the flats at a higher price. He is harassing us by not building the flat so that we get agaigated and cancel our bookings. I would like to mention here that the property rates in bhopal have soared more than 50% in tha last 2 years. Please help me out in taking action against this fraud guy.

I booked duplex bunglow in NIHO Scottish Garden Bhopal. The construction site is near to Karondh Chauraha, Bhopal and their offices in 195-A, 3rd floor M P Nagar, Zone-I, ph- 0755-2570440, mail id bhopal@niho.in. Builder is not giving any response. registered my flat flat in march 2009. construction is halted. no call now for any balance payment. their officers resigned. their director Mr Hemant mob no. 9810538240 and other officer Mr Neeraj mob no 9910069999 both not responding. Paid almost 90% of the required amount. pl help me out and make justice to the needy person like us.

I had booked a DUPLEX in the month of Sep,and i had cancel the booking in the month of 13 feb 2012 due to my finincial problem. The builder had promissed me to refund the cash amount of 3,95000 within the one month.after one month i asked for refund of the booking amount paid by me(Rs, 3,95,000). Then builder refused to refund my money and he started black mailing . I tried to produce all SMS & email message proofs that I had with me regrding my communications with sidharth and sudhir agarwal ,builder of sagar royal villas,bhopal. I was told by the builder that if I wished to get the booking amount refund, I need to get the NOC only. Plz sir i belongs to middle class family .i m so much dipress,they are try to black mailing me and give me mental harrasment. plz sir advice what I should do to get my booking amount back.
